Welcome to No Pane No Gain. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our Melbourne-based window cleaning services.
1. Services Provided
No Pane No Gain provides professional residential and commercial window cleaning services throughout the Melbourne metropolitan area. Our standard service includes the thorough cleaning of exterior and/or interior glass panes. Additional services such as track cleaning, screen washing, and frame detailing are provided as specified in your individual quote.
2. Bookings and Cancellations
Quotes are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue. We understand that plans change; however, we require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of services. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover scheduling losses.
3. Payments
All service prices are quoted and payable in Australian Dollars (AUD). Invoices are issued upon completion of the work and payment is strictly required within 7 days of the invoice date. We accept various payment methods, including bank transfer, PayID and cash payments. Late payments may incur administrative fees.
4. Customer Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible results, customers are responsible for providing clear and safe access to all windows scheduled for cleaning. Please remove any fragile items, ornaments, or heavy furniture from windowsills and immediate work areas. While we can assist with minor movements, we do not accept responsibility for any items moved by our team at the customer's request. Access to an external water tap is generally required.
5. Liability
No Pane No Gain is fully insured. However, we are not liable for damage resulting from pre-existing conditions such as: cracked glass, oxidised or brittle frames, degraded rubber seals, or improperly installed windows. Any pre-existing scratches or damage identified by our technicians will be communicated to the client before cleaning commences. We assume no liability for the failure of aged or faulty mechanisms during standard operation.
